Thank you for shopping at DreamLady! We strive to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Below are the details regarding our shipping process, including delivery timeframes, charges, and more.

1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Domestic Shipping (India): We currently offer shipping across all locations in India. We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday. Please note that we do not ship on national holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time:

 Standard delivery time for most orders is 4 to 7 business days.
 For remote areas, delivery might take an additional 15 business days.
 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can easily track your order status.

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping at the moment. We are exploring the option for future expansion.

2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹10,000. If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight of the products.

Flat Shipping Rate: For orders below ₹10,000, a flat shipping rate of ₹minimum will be charged, depending on the destination and order size.

Additional Charges: In certain cases, if the shipping address requires special handling (e.g., remote locations or large/oversized items), additional charges may apply, and we will notify you of the exact amount before processing the shipment.

3. Shipping Address

 Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address at the time of placing your order. DreamLady cannot be held responsible for any delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

 If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at Your Support Email as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

 You can also track your order through the Razorpay Payment Gateway by visiting their tracking page and entering your transaction details.

5. Payment & Shipping through Razorpay

 All payments made through Razorpay are secure and processed immediately. Once your payment is confirmed, we will begin processing and shipping your order.

* In case of any payment issues or failures, Razorpay will automatically notify you, and your payment will not be processed. Please refer to Razorpay’s Payment Gateway Support for any issues related to payment failures or processing.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

 While we strive to ensure that orders reach you on time, sometimes external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or carrier delays may cause delays in shipping.

 If your shipment does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at dreamladyalappuzha@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue and work with the courier service to resolve the problem.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

 If your item arrives damaged or you believe that there is an issue with the shipment, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement or processing a refund.

 Please keep all packaging and damaged items until you’ve contacted our support team. This helps us process your claim faster.
